Our Guarantee

 We guarantee all of our dragons for the first 15 days from the date of delivery, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will exchange your dragon, refund your money, or give you store credit.(unfortunately we do not refund shipping) We do not photo shop our pictures, what you see in the pictures is what you get! I personally guarantee that our hatchlings will be more impressive in person than in our pictures, your satisfaction is guaranteed!  Additional pictures of each hatching are available upon request to help alleviate any miss-communication about color!  We guarantee that all of our dragons will arrive healthy and with good eating habits.  For your guarantee to remain in effect, you must notify us immediately(24hr by phone) if a problem arises, failure to do so will null the agreement.

Details

 All of our dragons will be sent to your door step in the best conditions possible, if you are unsatisfied with the condition of the animal upon arrival please call me immediately and I will resolve your problem as soon as possible.

 We ship all of our dragons in insulated boxes, inside the dragon will be housed in a properly sized Tupperware container.  A heat pack will be added at no extra charge if deemed required by me, and/or requested by the customer.  During the colder months of the year, especially January and February, we may not be able to ship your dragon if the over night lows are below 20 degrees, and the day time highs must reach above 40 degrees.  Any other temperature at or below these general numbers will be a judgment call on my part, I attend the School of Meteorology at Iowa State University for 2 years so I know a thing or two about the weather and patterns.  If for any reason beyond your control and our control a dragon is received DOA, please call us ASAP and we will resolve this with the shipping company, and if available we will send you a new dragon of your choice right away(weather permitting).  During cold weather shipping, a dragon may appear DOA, but in many cases the dragon is just very cold and forced into a state of Brumation (hibernation).  The best thing to do is to place the dragon into luke warm bath water for 15-20 minutes, you will see the eyes begin to open!  It's okay to be nervous if this happens, I've been there before and it's a very nerve racking time! Please do call me if your dragon appears to be very cold and sleeping upon arrival, under normal conditions your dragon should arrive alert and active!  To prevent any incident like this from happening, like stated above all of our babies are shipped with a heat pack(s) and good insulation!  Shipping

 All of our dragons are shipped via UPS, unless otherwise arranged.  UPS has been the most reliable carrier for anything alive, including feeder insects.  We prefer to ship out our dragons on Monday mornings, but we can ship them out throughout the week, including Friday for Saturday delivery.  Shipping will be UPS overnight with arrival by 10:30am Monday-Thursday, and Saturday the package is guaranteed by 1:30pm.  Shipping will vary based upon where you live, I don't have a set shipping price, this way it saves you money.  Usually it's between $45-$65 for UPS Overnight Air during the week.  If Friday shipping is requested for Saturday delivery the prices run around $15 higher than the standard overnight shipping price of mid week.  So in most case the shipping is between $55-$75 for Saturday delivery guaranteed by 1:30pm.  Any other questions please contact us via email or over the phone. You must be home to sign for the dragon, if you are not home you will null and void the guarantee.

 Payment is conducted via Paypal or Check, please note that your dragon will not ship until your check is cleared by my bank, in some cases this may take up to 7-10 business days.  For this reason we prefer paypal

Prices: Our babies start at $55 plus shipping, and our holdbacks and collector quality dragons will begin at $175.  Most of our dragons will be between $55 and $120 on average, but pricing depends on coloring, size, genetics and sex, so every clutch will have a different price.
