Annapolis Bearded Dragon

Welcome to my Dragon Room!

 Well I finally had some time to sit down and take pictures of the dragon room. It's nothing special, but you will see just how small we actually are!

Currently we have 13 cages in the room and 12 baby bins. We will be adding at least 2 more melamine cages if not 4 in total. We also house all feeders, decor, and vitamins along with all cleaning supplies in the dragon room. But since the dragon room is limited in space and the temperatures fluctuate I house my 3 incubators in the guest bedroom(Room entering into the dragon room) along with a filing cabinet with all customer paper work and other random supplies like extra UVB bulbs and basking bulbs.

At the moment I've finished added cages to my dragon room eventually I will be adding one more cage on top of  each of the three stacks to total 16 cages; these extra enclosures will help to maximize space. I also added 6 more outlets to the room that are wired up to their own 30 amp breaker. For one this was done for a safety reason, but also to reduce any likely hood of damage to appliances like ceramic heaters in the winter time. As the two original outlets in the dragon room are on the same electrical circuit as my upstairs bedroom, and thus run the chance of over loading in the winter time with ceramic heaters(400+watts each, no one likes a tripped breaker in the dead of winter at 3am!)

I've posted up new pictures of the completed cages... Pretty soon we should have enough room for 20-24 adults with enough space for 6-12 holdbacks and right around 100 babies at one time. So needless to say we have come a long way in the past few years, and we are just about to the settling point were we can sit back and relax in terms of having the facility and equipment. So after endless months of none stop work it seems to be paying off! Now our focus can be directly on raising our offspring!
